A bill from Wakefield Waterworks Company to Mr John Cryer of Bread Street for 4s. 3d. For 6 months water rent.  Mr Cryer had a book binding shop on Bread Street, formerly Ratten Row.  The bill stipulates that if you want to discontinue using their water supply then notice was to be given in writing to their offices on Southgate.
